**THE FALCON HOTEL, HIGH STREET, UPPINGHAM, RUTLAND, LE15 9PY**

I need to start targeting more weddings with Scottish people! Mark and Lisa-May's wedding at The Falcon Hotel in Uppingham was a barnstormer. Sometimes it was tricky to get work done as guests were so friendly they all wanted to chat and buy me a drink!

The Falcon Hotel is a beautiful wedding venue with a garden festooned with flowers and a little waterfall. Uppingham is one of the UK’s best kept small towns and The Falcon Hotel is right on the town square which also has more flowers than a tropical rainforest. There are also lots of little alleyways which are perfect for photography.

Mark and Liza-May’s children Orla and Brodie bubble with personality and it was so easy to take photographs of their antics that I had to remind myself there was a wedding happening too!

With Lisa being an awesome poser (and funky mover!) and Mark being the most chilled groom ever it all made for a brilliant day.

The dance floor was heaving all night with YMCA being a highlight as the groom and groomsmen enthusiastically performed it for the rest of the guests. The Proclaimers was also welcomed with gusto by the Scottish contingent who scared most of the Brits off the dance floor at that point!
